• Preparing annual budget with the commercial manager and updating the same with brand partners.
• Monitoring the sales achievement and highlighting the discrepancies to Commercial Managers on budget achievements at store level & Group level.
• Preparing and agreeing with the brand for the commercial calendar for every financial year.
• Prepare the buying plan with brand manager and commercial manager.
• Preparing Buying budget Value and Quantity at sub-category level.
