JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Taking orders from customers. Giving customers suggestions for food and drinks and telling them about any special menu items.
  • Answering questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitution.
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a graduate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
