JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Administer Vaccine injection to the patients and take vital sign
  • Provide post vaccination advice to patients.
  • To maintain and record accurate documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BSN Graduate (with or w/o license)
  • 38 years old below
  • Must have 1 year work experience as Vaccinator in hospital or clinic
